I filed an online complaint about Ferrellgas' "no usage fee" with the Wisconsin Attorney General's Consumer Protection division just now.

Keep us posted on this one! This is B as in B, S as in S. We're talking about keeping our place open this winter. Last year we shut it down and those fees were high too.. Can't win for losing, but still, #=$200 for not using gas? Doesn't the energy coop have a gas service too?
